Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Utilize recruiting resources to identify qualified IT professionals interested in positions with our clients.
  • This includes Internet sourcing, campus recruitment, networking, outreach and other sourcing technics
  • Responsible for meeting a weekly goal of qualified talent generated from sourcing activity and presenting qualified candidates to the Talent Acquisition Specialists for the remaining steps of the interview process
  • Post available positions online internally and externally
  • Solicit referrals and follow up with potential talent
  • Maintain all documentation using our Applicant Talent System to track information and hiring metrics regarding candidates and sourcing strategies
    Minimum Requirements:
  • A competitive spirit and drive to build a long-term career in a sales driven environment
  • Attention to detail along with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfort level with Microsoft Office
    Preferred Requirements:
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Stack Overflow and Github)
  • BS in Human Resources Management or relevant field
