Job Type Contract-to-Hire
- Gather requirements from customers, partners, vendors, and business units.
- Develop user stories and facilitate prioritization.
- Maintain documentation for stakeholders and end users.
- Generate release communications.
- Develop and coordinate execution of test scripts.
- Triage and document defects.
- Identify areas of improvement within existing processes.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.
- 4+ years of related experience.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Track record of building strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Experience with product development within a SaaS organization
