Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Gather requirements from customers, partners, vendors, and business units.
  • Develop user stories and facilitate prioritization.
  • Maintain documentation for stakeholders and end users.
  • Generate release communications.
  • Develop and coordinate execution of test scripts.
  • Triage and document defects.
  • Identify areas of improvement within existing processes.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.
  • 4+ years of related experience.
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills.
  • Track record of building strong relationships with stakeholders.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience with product development within a SaaS organization
