Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Gather requirements from customers, partners, vendors, and business units
  • Develop user stories and facilitate prioritization
  • Maintain communication and documentation for stakeholders and end users
  • Develop and coordinate execution of test scripts
  • Identify areas of improvement within existing processes

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or related field
  • 3+ years of related experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills
  • Track record of building strong relationships with stakeholders

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience with product development within a SaaS organization
