Job Type Contract
- Manage testing activities and provide business analysis assistance for ERP Implementation.
- Ensure team has necessary resources to execute testing activities.
- Coordinate testing of defect fixes.
- Obtain sign/off approval of business owners on test scripts and test results.
- Ensure ERP application meets quality standards.
- Design, plan, and coordinate work teams.
- Document risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Manage testing scope.
- 7+ years of applicable experience.
- Capable of managing a project with up to ten (10) or more staff and/or a project with multiple subprojects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (10 years)
- Knowledge of Human Resource practices and systems (5 years)
- Ability to perform testing of applications, facilitate testing by others, document results (10 years)
