Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage testing activities and provide business analysis assistance for ERP Implementation.
  • Ensure team has necessary resources to execute testing activities.
  • Coordinate testing of defect fixes.
  • Obtain sign/off approval of business owners on test scripts and test results.
  • Ensure ERP application meets quality standards.
  • Design, plan, and coordinate work teams.
  • Document risks and develop mitigation plans.
  • Manage testing scope.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 7+ years of applicable experience.
  • Capable of managing a project with up to ten (10) or more staff and/or a project with multiple subprojects.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (10 years)
  • Knowledge of Human Resource practices and systems (5 years)
  • Ability to perform testing of applications, facilitate testing by others, document results (10 years)
